HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a BaseOps Shift Supervisor to ensure daily operational tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.In this role, you’ll maintain productivity, quality, and safety across your designated shift. You’ll support vehicle readiness, supervise day-to-day shop activities, and act as a key point of contact for resolving issues and supporting team members.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and proven ability to supervise and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.
Available Shifts:
1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM): Wed-Sun
2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM): Fri-Tue | Wed-Sun
3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM): Fri-Tue | Wed-Sun
Training Schedule: This role requires a four-week training program in Las Vegas. HireArt will coordinate travel, accommodations, and a per diem for meals (including flight, hotel, ...
