Compensation and Bonus Structure
Total Compensation Package up to $127,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.

Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, rewarding impact without delay.
