Job Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for IT and Non-IT staffing services.
- Generate and gather new requirements from Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
- Build and maintain client relationships through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely closures.
- Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements.
- Meet monthly business development and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–8 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development.
