Work Location and Hours
Remote- and hybrid-first global company spanning the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Work across more than 50 countries. Align with UK business hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM SAST during UK standard time (GMT) (1 Nov–31 Mar) and 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM SAST during UK daylight saving time (BST) (1 Apr–31 Oct). First three months fully office-based in the Sandton office; thereafter hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Business Development Representative team.
- Drive new customer pipeline, follow up on marketing-generated leads, and support the wider sales organization to fuel growth.
- Act as a player/coach, setting the standard, working alongside the team on the floor, and ensuring targets are consistently met.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to build and scale the BDR function.
