BDR Manager The successful candidate will be aligned with UK business hours, working 10 AM – 7 PM SAST during UK standard time (GMT) (1st November - 31st March) and 9 AM – 6 PM SAST when the UK observes daylight saving time (BST) (1st April to 31st October). The first three months will be fully office-based in our Sandton office for a smooth onboarding, after which the role will move to a hybrid schedule. How you will make a difference Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing BDR team focused on outbound pipeline generation. Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to build and scale the BDR function. Operate as a player/coach – join calls, support reps breaking into accounts, and stay close to the work. Drive team performance through weekly 1:1s, quarterly reviews, KPI tracking, and performance routines. Coach reps on prospecting, qualification, sequencing, and objection handling to elevate results.
