Job Description
What youll be doing:
- Own and administer BDR platforms (e.g. Outreach ZoomInfo Lusha LinkedIn Sales Navigator) including integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure data accuracy efficiency and usability.
- Continuously optimize the BDR tech stack recommending and implementing modern tools and emerging technologies (e.g. AI-powered personalization/enrichment) to improve performance.
- Design and refine scalable prospecting workflows and cadences ensuring BDRs have timely accurate and relevant data to drive outbound success.
- Develop and maintain training onboarding and tool documentation in collaboration with Revenue Enablement ensuring consistent process adoption.
- Own BDR performance reporting and dashboards delivering actionable insights on activity conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
