Salary: Grade 4, £13.26 - £13.90 per hour.
Working hours: 2 hours per month (annualised) with flexible scheduling; additional hours may be required.

Your role
As a BeWell Fitness Coach, you will support the delivery of core gym and studio products, including:
- Gym inductions and 1‑1 consultations
- Programme reviews and health assessments
- Small‑group training and personal training
- Delivery of group exercise classes (upskilling to lead classes)
Collaboration with management to enhance participation across the leisure centre is essential.
