Responsibilities
- Promote and represent the brand passionately while providing excellent customer service and performing treatments like facials, head spa, and body slimming.
- Work with Sales Consultants and Outlet Managers to recommend products, treatments, and packages to customers.
- Focus on customer referral and retention through exceptional service and professional interaction.
- Perform housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude and a commitment to customer service.
- Relevant CIDESCO/ITEC or other Beauty and Wellness certifications.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (training provided).
- Available to work on public holidays and weekends.
