Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and packages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPI and sales targets
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Assist in operations and appointment coordination
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty, aesthetics, or related sales roles
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented
- Comfortable working in a KPI-based performance environment
- Basic salary: From $3,000 onwards (based on experience)
