Key responsibilities
- Provide regular on-the-job coaching and training to Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service, beauty techs consultation skills and service and make up skills.
- Conduct regular store visits to observe, evaluate, and provide feedback on performance.
- Identify individual learning needs and tailor coaching strategies accordingly.
- Facilitate group training sessions and workshops on new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Implement and monitor training programs to ensure consistent brand messaging and service standards across all locations.
- Define and implement coaching topics for beauty advisor to improve their NPS and CXE performance.
- Monitor the performance of beauty advisors with the utilization of beauty tech devices and brand’s app at the point of sales, as well as track conversion rates.
