Qualification - BDS/BHMS/BAMS from cosmetology experience
Skill - consultation, hands-on experience in all derma services, Sales
Competencies
1. Excellent Technical knowledge in Beauty (Skin /Hair) services (with prior hands-on experience in Skin/ Hair services).
2. Proven ability to solution & makes a sale basis individual client requirement.
3. Strong leadership, and people management skills.
4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to set & achieve sales targets (for Beauty/ Dermat/ Products), driving revenue growth & maximizing profitability.
6. Willing to work in shifts, accept additional responsibilities, comfortable with transfers & open to outdoor promo event duties as per need.
Technical & Operational Excellence
1. Verify safe handling & maintenance of all equipment of the Beauty section. ...
