Job scope and responsibilities- Responsible for staff training and development
- Motivate beauticians to achieve their goals and meet sales targets consistently
- Build customer relationships to develop potential customers into long-term customers
- Handle customer's feedback and complaints to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
- Provide services to customers who purchase products such as facial wash, slimming, eyebrow trimming, and manicure (including designing and extension)
- Recommend, promote, and identify suitable products/services to visitors according to their needs and demands
- Evaluate the beautician’s performance to provide feedback
