- Competitive pay:
- $27.00-$27.50/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 24.00 for each billable client hour worked
- 17.50/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
- Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
- Fully paid training - no experience required
