Center for Behavioral, Educational, and Social Therapies (CBEST), now proudly part of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring school-based Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for kiddos with behavioral needs in the Downtown LA area. In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting children in reaching their social, emotional, and behavioral goals in a school setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students with moderate to severe behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement) in a school setting
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by Case Supervisors
- Support students in developing functional communication, social skills, academic success, and daily living abilities
- Track and document progress, behavior data, and session notes accurately
