Applicable Starting Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.05. Location: College Hill – Adolescent Unit. Shift: Rotating Day/Eve – part and full‑time available. FTE: 0.8 (32 weekly hours).
Responsibilities
- Embrace relationship‑based care while engaging with patients and families.
- Work in a milieu setting to manage patients and families, providing direct care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Implement individualized patient care plans, including completing behavioral assessments.
- Lead and co‑lead psychiatric educational groups ensuring therapeutic outcomes.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
