As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will assist employees in accessing appropriate behavioral health services and treatment resources while providing support throughout the referral process. In this role, you will consult with managers on employee behavioral health concerns and deliver training and education to promote workplace well-being, effective communication, and a supportive work environment.
**A caregiver in this role works a remote day/evening rotation from 7:00 a.m. --** **8:00 p.m., with one day each week spent onsite at the Lakewood FHC facility.**
