Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioural Support Specialist to work within a School in Birmingham.
The Role
The primary role involves assessing each individual’s needs, then developing and implementing strategies to support positive behaviour. This includes offering guidance to help manage behaviour across different situations.Supporting intervention plans based on assessment outcomes by putting tailored strategies into practice that address each individual’s specific needs. This includes helping individuals develop new skills, build confidence, and improve their ability to cope with challenging situations, while monitoring progress and adapting approaches as needed to ensure effective and consistent support.
Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure that each individual’s needs are understood, prioritised, and consistently supported.
