We’ve got a Ofsted outstanding secondary school in slough looking for a Inclusion/Behaviour Mentor who gets how to support students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. You’ll be part of a close-knit pastoral team making a real impact.

The role:


  • Building positive relationships with pupils
  • Supporting behaviour plans and de-escalation
  • Helping create a safe, structured environment

    • You’ll need patience, empathy, and the ability to think on your feet.
