Job Description
Thursday to Monday 37.5 hours per week, combination of days and evenings.
Duties
- Coordinate behavior training classes and consultations, including:
- Scheduling classes and private consultations
- Managing class registration, payments, and client communications
- Ensuring classes are posted, promoted, filled, and effectively staffed
- Produce monthly reports summarizing class participation, revenue, and trends for submission to the Director of Community Services & Pathway Planning and the Board.
- Support content development by working with shelter trainers to identify opportunities for new classes, update materials, and align offerings with community needs.
