Protocol Education are working with a welcoming school in BS31 who are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join them after half term. This role is all about consistency, calm energy and building positive relationships with pupils who may need a bit more understanding and structure in their day.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping children regulate emotions and return to learning
- Using de-escalation strategies in a calm and confident way
- Working closely with class teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff
- Encouraging positive behaviour and celebrating progress, big and small
