TeachMatch is recruiting dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistants to work within primary and secondary schools across West Yorkshire. This role focuses on supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs, helping them to engage positively with learning and thrive within a school environment.
You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to provide consistent, targeted support that promotes positive behaviour, inclusion and emotional wellbeing.
