Behaviour Support Worker – Blackburn
Start Date: September 2026 | Long-Term Contract
We are currently seeking a committed and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to join a supportive school setting in Blackburn from September on a long-term basis .
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about supporting young people with challenging behaviour and making a real difference in an educational environment.
The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils displaying challenging behaviour
- Work closely with teaching staff and SEN teams to implement behaviour strategies
- Support pupils both inside and outside of the classroom
- Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
- Build strong, professional relationships with students and staff
