New Directions Education, are recruiting for a passionate, supportive and engaged Behaviour Support Workers, to within a small, Independent school in Leeds, supporting learners with SEMH. This role is a fantastic opportunity for people who are dedicated in supporting learners to thrive within the classroom and outdoor learning facilities.

We are looking for people who are :

  • Knowledge of trauma-informed approached and therapeutic behaviour support.
  • Trained in Team-Teach or other behaviour intervention methods
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
  • Teaching Assistants with proven classroom experience who are ready to step up.
