Role Description
SPQR is a global strategic communications firm leveraging PRISM, a purpose-built, AI-powered system designed to identify belief gaps and emerging beliefs and trends. PRISM first understands what people are saying, thinking, and doing in relation to a company, brand, or category. It then uses sophisticated AI deployment to triangulate this information to uncover beliefs and belief gaps. This, in turn, provides the brief for communications and campaigning to close the gaps and reshape belief, measuring it throughout. We are looking for someone to take on PRISM, fine-tune it, and drive it forward.
Most firms monitor what people say and call it insight. We go further. PRISM, our proprietary belief intelligence system, triangulates what people hear (Broadcast), what they say (Conversation), and what they do when they think nobody is watching (Behaviour).
