Job Description
1. 协助宾客办理行李寄存、提取及运送服务，确保行李安全、准确、及时交接；
2. 配合前台及客房部完成宾客入住、离店相关支持工作，提供基础礼宾协助；
3. 保持行李房及公共区域整洁有序，规范管理行李标签、寄存凭证等作业单据；
4. 遵守酒店服务标准与安全操作规程，及时响应宾客合理需求并反馈异常情况。
1. 高职（专科）及以上学历在校学生，专业不限，能保证稳定实习周期；
2. 具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识，形象端正，举止得体；
3. 身体健康，能胜任站立、弯腰、搬运等基础体力工作，无妨碍岗位履职的法定禁忌情形；
4. 遵纪守法，无不良信用或违法记录，能严格遵守酒店保密及信息安全规定。
5.身高175cm以上，有同等五星级酒店礼宾部经验者优先。
