Come join our Guest Servies team as a full-time Bell Person! We are AT&T Hotel and Conference Center located in the heart of UT Campus, Hook 'em!
*Individual MUST have AM and PM availability daily, shift typically run from 7AM-3PM and 2-10:30PM
Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:
To provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Assist in the transport and storage of guests' luggage to guest room and conference center
+ Assist with guest packages when needed
+ To properly “log” all trips with guest luggage
+ Responsible for a clean appearance of uniforms
+ Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities
+ To have pleasant conversations with guests about hotel promotional programs
+ Ensure cleanliness of bell closets and bell carts
