Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with impact reports, written summaries, and office communications
  • Help create and schedule social media posts
  • Support budget tracking, spreadsheets, and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate student notifications, reminders, and event communications
  • Assist with student training sessions and orientation activities
  • Help welcome and lead tours for global guests and visitors
  • Support Belmont Global events, programs, and other special projects as needed

    • Working Conditions: Sitting at a computer or standing at events up to 6 hours per week.
