This position would be a 6-month fixed term contract. As a Benefit Operations Specialist at TikTok, you will be supporting various employee benefits within the EMEA region. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and knowledge of various types of benefits, benefits operations, compliance requirements for different types of plans, along with expertise in vendor management and system optimisation.
