+ Provide outstanding service for employees and managers during the leave process to ensure a positive and informed experience. Respond timely and accurately to leave related questions received through e-mail, phone and face-to-face interactions
+ Promptly respond to inquiries submitted by the third-party leave administrator and disability claims carrier
+ Serve as liaison between third-party leave administrator, Legal, and HR Business Partners, addressing and resolving all stakeholder concerns
