Our client in Plymouth Meeting is looking for a Benefits Manager to join their growing team. This is an onsite position that offers an excellent salary $95,000 - $100,000 / yr and amazing benefits (see below).
The Benefits Manager is a senior role within the Administration team, responsible for the administration, coordination, and support of health and welfare benefit plans. This position requires a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of health plan design, eligibility and enrollment, health plan operations, claims processes, and member services.
The Benefits Manager leads our communications team and serves as a liaison between plan participants, unions, employers, vendors, and internal departments.
