Job Description
- Must be comfortable in a faith based organization
- Manage the daily administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, life insurance, and disability coverage.
- Lead open enrollment, new hire onboarding, and qualifying life event processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the benefits broker and external vendors, ensuring accurate plan administration and swift resolution of issues
- Conduct regular audits of payroll and HRIS data to verify benefits eligibility and deduction accuracy
- Deliver proactive guidance and education to employees on benefits options and program updates
- Support benefits administration for a team of approximately 75 employees
