Responsibilities
+ Manage and support all company-wide leaves and benefits programs.
+ Oversee benefits for approximately 600–700 employees, ensuring at least one annual touchpoint per employee.
+ Administer and coordinate programs including wellness initiatives, leave programs (including FMLA), garnishments, workers’ compensation, and 401(k) and retirement plans.
+ Partner with internal teams on safety programs, committees, and special projects.
