Supporting a population of 1,000+ employees, this role requires clear and confident communication, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to benefits administration and compliance.
You will play a critical role in ensuring employees understand and can effectively navigate their benefits while maintaining accurate documentation and staying current on benefits regulations that are continuously evolving.
