Benefits Specialist Job Requirements* We are looking for a Global / U.S. Benefits Sr Associate to oversee the end-to-end administration, governance, compliance, vendor management, analytics, and employee support for employee benefits programs. This role ensures accurate benefits delivery, regulatory compliance, effective vendor partnerships, seamless system integrations, and high-quality employee experience across U.S. and global populations. The role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, vendors, brokers, AskHR, and Communications teams to manage both strategic and operational aspects of benefits.
