Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify strengths and skills that need to be improved (process and communication)
- Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
- Participate in call calibrations and meetings
- Prepare, review, and present the quality analyst result of the agent
- Provide feedback for improvements
- Monitor the performance of team members
Requirements
- Open for Bangladesh nationals who can speak English fluently
- With at least a year quality assurance role (BPO-related experience is highly preferred but not required)
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
- Can start as soon as possible
