Job Description
We are a warm and friendly family with a young child. My husband works full-time, and I am currently at home with our little one. Were looking for a kind, trustworthy, and engaging sitter who enjoys spending time with children.
Wed love someone who can play with our child and help with basic care such as feeding snacks/meals, diaper changes, and general supervision. Our child is in an active exploration stage, so being attentive and safety-conscious is very important.
Our parenting style is generally relaxed and allows freedom, while still setting clear and consistent boundaries, and wed love someone who can align with this approach.
We typically need help for 34 hours during the day, with the option for longer hours when planned in advance. Occasionally, we may also need evening availability after our childs bedtime.
Were looking for someone who can take initiative, is proactive, and doesnt need constant direction. Speaks Turkish but can consider English speakers as well
