What will you do?
The Customer Master Data Analyst is responsible for.
- In charge of the creation and the update/enrichment of customer master data according to the requirements and in compliance with agreed guidelines and standards
- Ensure the completeness and quality of the master data and participate in the continuous improvement of the process
- Report to the Customer Master Data Manager
- For the Senior profile: act as a mentor for the junior profiles and manage MD projects
Request management
- Ensure Customer Master Data standards and governance processes are followed
- Support business for Data creation or Data update for cases requiring arbitration
- Manage Master Data Specialist activity levels and workload
Quality and continuous improvement
- Execute data quality controls identified by CoO Quality Engineer and record progress on regular basis ...
