Job Description
The Beverage Entertainment Server is responsible for ensuring that our casino guests are provided with an unparalleled service and a memorable experience. The individual will maintain superior interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with all types of guests in an entertainment environment. The individual will interact with and entertain guests, including occasional dancing and singing upon request, to ensure a memorable guest experience. The individual may be asked to participate in company-sponsored and/or authorized promotions to ensure the success of the Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel. The individual must adhere to and maintain all image standards at all times during their shift. Provide excellent guest service while sharing wine knowledge and suggestions to guests. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives.
