Beverage Supervisor Season: Austral Summer (Summer ) Location: McMurdo Station, Antarctica Sector/Dept: Gana-A'Yoo Services Corporation (GSC) Antarctica Reports To: Culinary Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure a constructive and cooperative approach to all aspects of the operation. Assist client with any safety-related request or requirement. Perform daily accounting procedures. Build bank bags for each location, balance the safe, provide weekly reporting. Ensure a safe work ethic is instilled in all employees and maintained during the course of the contract. Ensure that all services for the client are performed with the highest standards of contractual obligations. Develop, foster, and maintain a cordial and positive relationship with the client and guests. Available on request by client during normal business hours to visit with any representative concerning operational issues. Estimate beverage costs and requisition or purchase supplies.
