- Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and KPI reports;
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support management decision-making processes;
- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards;
- Working with Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel, as well as exploring new technologies and data solutions;
