- Maintain the company's brand image and monitor customer reviews and feedback on social media platforms.
- Assemble, maintain, service, and repair bicycles and bicycle components.
- Communicate with customers regarding their bicycles, including maintenance and repair requirements.
- Accurately record all maintenance and repair activities.
- Assist the retail team in serving and supporting customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's brands, products, and operational processes.
- Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School qualification, GCE 'O' Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/ALevel, College Diploma, Professional Certificate, NITEC, or equivalent in any field.
- Previous experience in a professional workshop or knowledge of bicycle mechanics is preferred.
