Bid - Contract Management (IT System Integrator)
Neuron Solutions – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur
We are looking for a Bid & Contract manager to oversee the end-to-end governance of bids, tenders, and customer contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full bid lifecycle for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and tenders across public and private sectors
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Delivery
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, pricing, margin, and risk guidelines
- Prepare bid approval documentation including commercial summaries and risk registers
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts such as MSAs, SoWs, SLAs, and project/service agreements
- Maintain contract repository and ensure proper execution and handover to delivery teams
- Monitor key contractual milestones, renewals, performance obligations, and reporting requirements
