- Electrical quantity takes off Preparation of BOM.
- Costing/pricing
- Maintain ITB tracker (sent out Invitation to bid various vendors based on trades involved)
- Identify potential vendors for the job.
- Preparation of change orders based on scope changes
- Value engineer pricing.
- Identify the exclusion and inclusion based on the constraints in the drawings and add to proposal(Qualifications)
- Proposal writing
- Receive, review, and analyze incoming RFPs to determine requirements, deadlines, and scope of work.
- Coordinate bid kickoff meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss bid requirements, timelines, and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a bid schedule/calendar to ensure timely completion of all bid-related tasks and submissions.
