Our client is a leading engineering consultancy firm with a presence across Australia and South-East Asia. We are currently seeking a Bids/Tenders Coordinator to join their team in their Canberra office. 

The Role:
  • Prepare and review tender documents with a high standard of content and writing
  • Track tender opportunites and their progress, and coordinate them across the teams 
  • Liaise with stakeholders during the tendering process 
  • Maintain and update tender systems with supporting documentations 
  • Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines, client requirements, and follow internal quality guidelines 
  • Provide other assistance to the Directors, Office Managers and other senior staff as required and directed
