Our client is a global construction company with over 50 years of operation in the Middle East, delivering large projects across hospitality, tourism, oil & gas, and real estate. They are seeking a Bid Manager for a project in the UAE.
Responsibilities- Lead the entire bid process from initial opportunity identification through to submission, ensuring deadlines are met and bid quality is maintained.
- Develop and implement winning bid strategies tailored to commercial, residential & mixed‑use construction projects, aligning with client requirements and company strengths.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (estimators, designers, engineers, commercial staff) to gather inputs and ensure alignment throughout the bid.
