We are looking for a Bid Specialist who will manage the bid preparation process, coordinate documentation, and ensure the accuracy and timely submission of proposals. The role supports the development of bid strategies, collaborates closely with internal teams, and contributes to improving the quality and efficiency of bid responses
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Minimum 2+ years of experience within a sales organization, supporting RFP responses and bid project management.Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong understanding of bid management processes, proposal documentation, and compliance requirementsProven ability to coordinate across cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant bids aligned with business objectives.Excellent analytical, technical, and project management skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
