Job Description
The Assistant manager – Estimation Focused is responsible for managing the commercial and estimation aspects of Facilities Management (FM) tenders, ensuring accurate costing, benchmarking, manpower calculations, subcontractor coordination, and commercial compliance for IFM/TFM submissions across the UAE.
The role requires strong experience in FM estimation, pricing strategy, cost modeling, manpower deployment planning, and tender commercial preparation for hard services, soft services, and specialized FM contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for FM tenders including hard services, soft services, specialized services, and manpower-based contracts.
- Develop pricing models covering manpower, accommodation, transportation, consumables, tools, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead allocations.
