Lead and develop the bidding operation support team. Establish first-class bidding operation support processes, tools, and knowledge systems to empower team to improve working quality and efficiency and provide core operational support to help sales team to compete in bidding business and secure critical business and achieving company’s revenue goals.
Principle Duties / Responsibilities:
Apply and follow up bidding related payment request. (Tender doc purchasing fee, bidding deposit etc.)Prepare commercial documentsCollect & consolidate the final bidding documentBidding package documents printing, stamping & packagingBidding package delivery per business requestCollect tendering information on website and transfer validated bid to responsible sales teamMaintain records of 3rd party bidding in Agilent internal bidding toolReview and manage 3rd party bidder authorizati...
