- Prepare and compile bidding documents and requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding bid details
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents
- Maintain organized records of all bid files and submissions
- Ensuring all deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field; preferably with experience in government processes (Fresh graduates with OJT experience in government are welcome)
- Experience in preparing and submitting bids or proposals
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for client specifications and bidding documents
