Big Data Platform Administrator (Kafka / Hadoop / MongoDB)

Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support for Big Data platforms and production environments Administer and maintain Hadoop, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, and NiFi platforms Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of critical systems Perform cluster provisioning, patching, scaling, tuning, and troubleshooting Support real-time payment transaction processing and streaming infrastructure Monitor system health, incident management, and issue resolution Work closely with architects, project teams, developers, and service managers Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational best practices Support security, governance, and access control requirements Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks Participate in on-call support, shift rotation, and critical incident handling
